Decayed Bum is a familiar in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and collects red hearts and Flat Meat. It drops a random reward upon collecting a red heart.

It can drop one of the following: friendly fly, friendly spider, rotten heart, rare pocket item or a random item from Rotten Beggar item pool.

Each flat meat picked up by the familiar counts as half a red heart towards its red heart requirement for giving payouts.

Enemies have a chance to drop a flat meat upon taking damage, which disappears after 2.5 seconds.

This item contributes towards the Frankenstein transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will transforms Isaac's bums into Frankenstein Bum, a familiar that collects multiple types of pickups, and making them more useful.
