Energy Bum is a familiar in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and collects coins and batteries. He adds 1 charge to one of Isaac's active items and drops a random pickup upon collecting 5-7 coins.

He can drop one of the following: grab bag, charged key or a electronic trinket.

Each battery picked up by the familiar are stored as charges and contributes towards his coin requirement for giving payouts.

While having at least 1 charge and in hostile rooms, he emits lightning arcs that zaps nearby enemies every second. They deal StoredCharges x 0.75 damage at most and going up to 9 damage with 12 charges.

He will gradually transfer stored charges to active items if Isaac stands still. This does not work with active items that uses special charge type.

This item contributes towards the Frankenstein transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will transforms Isaac's bums into Frankenstein Bum, a familiar that collects multiple types of pickups, and making them more useful.
