Boom Bum is a familiar in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and collects bomb pickups and troll bombs. He drops a random pickup upon collecting a bomb or troll bomb.

He can drop one of the following: coin, heart, pill, black sack or a troll bomb.

Able to take damage from damage source and blocks projectiles, though he cannot be killed by normal means.

Becomes endangered for 10 seconds after taking enough damage or hit by any explosion, during which he throws explosive punching combos toward enemies.

A combo consists of 5 punches that deals 1.5 damage each, the finisher punch also creates a small explosion that deals 10 damage. For every 3 combos finished, the finisher punch of current combo will have larger blast radius and deals 100 damage instead.

These explosions can also harm Isaac.

If he is enranged while no enemy is nearby, He will instead spawn 3 troll bombs around the room.

This item contributes towards the Frankenstein transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will transforms Isaac's bums into Frankenstein Bum, a familiar that collects multiple types of pickups, and making them more useful.
