Starry PJs is a passive item in Haemo's Gizmos, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Heals 12 Red Heart containers.

Sleeping in a bed causes 1-3 Planetarium items to fall from the sky, on average dropping 1.6 items.

Entering a secret room has a 2.5% chance to drop a singular Planetarium item.
