Torn Wings item
Torn Wings is an unlockable passive item in Mastema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+0.33 fire rate for each item and transformation Isaac has that grants flight.
Prevents flight for the rest of the run.
Entering a room with pedestal items spawns a Bloody Feather.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as 
Mastema.
