Sinister Sight is an unlockable passive item in Mastema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+0.5 fire rate.
+2 range.
Grants a chance to shoot fear tears that also have homing properties.
Feared enemies take 1.5x damage from all sources.
Grants immunity to fear.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as 
Tainted Mastema.
