Bloodsplosion item
Bloodsplosion is an unlockable passive item in Mastema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enemies have a 50% chance to explode and create a pool of damaging red creep upon death.
The explosion deals Isaac's current damage and can spread status effects if the enemy dies with any.
Explosions caused by this item cannot damage Isaac.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as
