Boss's Order is an active item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a hostile enemy selected from the current floor's normal enemies or the Boss Rush boss list.

Normal enemies have a 15% chance to become champions when eligible.

Defeating the summoned enemy drops 1 card for a normal enemy, 2 for a champion, or 3 for a boss.

Boss's Order can be found in the following item pools:

The following tags are applied to this item:

When both target lists are available, the selection rolls 40% normal enemies and 60% bosses.

If the chosen list is unavailable, the other list is used.

For supported multi-part bosses, all tracked parts must be defeated before the single 3-card reward appears.

If spawning fails, the item does not spend its charge.

Rewards apply to enemies summoned by this item, not every enemy in the room.
