Coin-Sewn Sword item
Coin-Sewn Sword is an active item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Use to ready the sword, then press a firing direction to release the blades.
Spends up to 6 coins and fires 1 blade per coin in a fan, each dealing 2 times Isaac's damage.
Spending 6 coins also fires an empowered, piercing blade dealing 6 times Isaac's damage.
With no coins, inflicts a base cost of half a heart of damage and fires 1 blood blade dealing 4 times Isaac's damage.
This cost can be lethal.

Notes
A single blade fires straight ahead.
Using the item again before choosing a firing direction cancels the readied sword without spending coins or charge.
Changing rooms also cancels it.
The no-coin attack also leaves red creep at Isaac's position.
