Dead Beggar is a machine in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 4 submod.

If Isaac has Soul/Black Hearts and touches this beggar, it will take 1 Half Soul/Black Heart and have a chance to drop a prize.

Initially, it has a 45% chance to drop a Bone Heart and a Half Red Heart, but after dropping a heart the odds become a 30% chance to drop hearts and a 15% chance to drop a bone-themed item. It disappears after dropping an item.
