The Thinker Clock item
The Thinker Clock is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants Isaac the ability to swing the clock and use it to kill enemies, dealing 30 damage on hit.
When this clock kills an enemy, a fortune is displayed: "I think the time is CurrentTime + 14 minutes." Each enemy killed by the clock will then drop a heart based on the current time:
• 0-4 sec: 
Half Heart.
• 5-9 sec: 
Scared Heart.
• 10-14 sec: 
Heart.
• 15-19 sec: 
Black Heart.
• 20-24 sec: 
Gold Heart.
• 25-29 sec: 
Double Heart.
• 30-34 sec: 
Rotten Heart.
• 35-39 sec: 
Bone Heart.
• 40-44 sec: 
Blended Heart.
• 45-49 sec: 
Half Soul Heart.
• 50-54 sec: 
Soul Heart.
• 55-59 sec: 
Eternal Heart.
Does not toll after 72 minutes, and spawns all kinds of hearts.
