Liberation is an unlockable active item in The Punished, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

The Punished's pocket active.

Breaks adjacent rocks (+walls).

Causes Isaac to take a fake hit (like Dull Razor).

In uncleared rooms, Isaac enters astral projection during which the number of Purgatory rifts in the room is locked.

In cleared rooms, rerolls all items in the room into Ghost Bombs (small chance to reroll into Birthright instead, based on Isaac's number of bombs).

Can't be unlocked.
