Description
While playing as Bael, all items pools are infested with Cat Items.

Curse of the Blind! cannot appear naturally as this character.

Bael has the innate ability to hold 2 active items and 2 consumables.
Picking up a third active item will automatically destroy the oldest one.

An entity known as The Cat will occasionally dispatch off of Bael's face and do various actions.

While a free item pedestal is on the ground, The Cat will begin circling around the item.
Leaving the room while The Cat is circling an item will have that item be forcefully given to Bael.

In the Treasure Room, The Cat will drop a guaranteed Wet Dice Shard while circling an item.

In other rooms, the chance for a Wet Dice Shard is 25%, as long as Bael is not already holding one.

At the beginning of every floor The Cat may provide "an offer", which will grant an item from Bael's offer pool in exchange for Curse of the Blind!.
This can happen up to two times per run.

Alternatively, if "an offer" is not provided, The Cat has a chance to drop Ball of Cat, which increases by 30% for every active item Bael is holding.

Alternatively, if none of the above is provided, The Cat has a 50% chance to poop instead.
