Obtained by shooting Mom's Knife with homing tears.

Tears will attract enemy projectiles, absorbing them on contact.

Upon absorbing a projectile, a tear will increase in damage, get a small range boost, and inherit any applicable tear effects from the projectile.

The damage gained from absorbing a projectile scales with Isaac's damage and the size of the projectile.
Costs 3 Heart Containers when found in a Devil Deal, or 45¢ in an Angel Shop.
