When moving, Isaac fires out a continuous, limited-range laser in the direction he is traveling.

The laser will increase in range, width, and damage the longer Isaac is walking in a straight line, and quickly drains as he turns.

The speed the laser grows scales with Isaac's speed stat, keeping the required distance for a full charge somewhat consistent.

The damage of the laser ranges from 0.5x Isaac's damage up to 5x.

The laser lightly repels projectiles with a force that scales as it grows.
