Taking damage poisons all enemies in the room, dealing 2x Isaac's tear damage 4 times, and creating a green fog for a couple of seconds.

Taking damage also spawns 1-2 Green Locusts that die upon impact with enemies, dealing 2x Isaac's damage, and poisoning the enemy for twice that of Isaac's damage.
This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
