Some rooms get a few changes:
• Shop: A card has a 50% chance to be replaced by Holy Card.

• Treasure Room: Beggar.

• Secret Room: Backdrop Keeper becomes an angel statue.

• Arcade: Gambling Game has a 50% chance to be replaced by a Confessional.

• Curse Room: A Red Chest has a 50% chance to be replaced by an Eternal Chest.

• Devil Room: Free items, but only one can be taken.

Defeat Isaac on Hard Mode as Benighted Magdalene.
