Mulan Tea is an unlockable passive item in Daydream all Day, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup +1 Soul Heart.
Upon taking damage
• Creates a shield that negates damage for 5 seconds if Isaac has no more than 1 Soul Heart.
• Triggers Berserk! if Isaac has no less than 1 Soul Heart.
How to unlock?
Defeat Hush as 
Jill.
