Spawns a familiar that moves and shoots horizontally opposite from Isaac.

The familiar shoots spectral + piercing tears that deal 3.5 damage. It shoots 1.88 times per second.

When Isaac's and the familiar's tears collide, they create an explosion that deals 10x Isaac's damage.

The explosion cannot hurt Isaac.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
