Lil Friend is an unlockable familiar in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and shoots a gun alongside Isaac.

The familiar can shoot the gun at any angle and will automatically aim at enemies at any range.

The gun deals 4.9 damage and is shot at a rate of 4.29 times per second.

Lil Friend can shoot up to 6 bullets before reloading. It will automatically reload when not shooting or out of bullets.

Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! on Hard Mode as Friend.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
