Bad Blood item
Bad Blood is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When Isaac is at 6 full total hearts or less, enemies take extra damage from all sources.
This goes from x1.125 damage when at 6 full hearts, up to x2.5 when at half a heart.
Characters with no health will always get the maximum bonus.
The extra damage formula is 1 + 1.5 × (13 - TotalHearts) / 12.
How to unlock?
Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as 
Tainted Eve.
