Copper Bar is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants enemies a chance to either spawn with x0.5 or x1.8 HP.

The base chance for an enemy to be affected by the item is 35%. If this procs, there is a 60% chance that they will gain x0.5 HP, and a 40% chance for x1.5 HP.

When an enemy is affected, they will shrink or grow by 15% accordingly, while also briefly getting a copper color.

Cannot affect bosses or mini-bosses.

Also increases che chances of Copper Bombs appearing.

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Tainted Golem.
