Spirit of Nightmare is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a 15% chance to fire a tear that inflicts enemies with Drowsy. The chance goes up to 50% with 25 luck.

Drowsy enemies fall asleep after 1.33 seconds and remain asleep for 4 seconds.

This is indicated by a counter over the enemy's head.

When the enemy wakes up, it takes damage equal to 4x Isaac's damage.
