Clown Meat is a passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Causes Isaac to charge a dash attack while moving in any direction.

The attack takes 1.4 seconds to charge, and can be charged again for another 1.83 seconds for a stronger effect.

When Isaac stops moving and the attack is charged, he will dash in the direction he was moving.

Isaac is invulnerable while dashing, and an additional 0.57 seconds after the dash.

While dashing, Isaac leaves red creep on the ground that deals damage equal to DamageStat × 0.15 + 1, 10 times per second.

If Isaac hits an enemy while dashing, he will deal damage to it that scales with Isaac's damage stat, the current dash speed, and the current floor. Damage is dealt 15 times per second.

If Isaac hits a wall or an obstacle during the dash, he will be bounced off and shoot 4 tears, some of which will be bloody and some bone tears, each dealing 2x Isaac's damage.

The dash can be canceled by using any movement button.

Isaac can destroy poops and TNT while dashing.

Internally, Isaac's mass becomes 999 while dashing.

Has a 1% chance of being dropped upon defeating Fooz Twins.
