Imp Curse is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When entering a new combat room, there is a 25% chance to lose a Half Red Heart or a Half Soul Heart (if no red hearts) and spawn 5 Immoral Fiend Minions.

There is a 35% chance that 1 minion will convert into a Half Immoral Heart upon clearing the room. The chance goes up to 50% with 25 luck.

The effect can activate if Isaac is at half a heart, but he will not lose the heart.

If playing as a character with no health, the Fiend Minions will spawn for free.

The activation chance is also checked on every wave in Greed Mode.

Defeat The Beast as Tainted Fiend.
