Fragment of Decay is a passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When Isaac uses a Gloom or Sinking active item:
• Gain (Quality * 3) damage for two rooms.
• All enemies in the room gain 1 Sinking Potency and (Quality + 1) Sinking Count
