The Moon Is Beautiful is a passive item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldIn an uncleared room, stop firing for 60 consecutive frames within the first 120 frames to activate once for that room.

Gain +1 damage and +1 luck for the room, and mark the enemies currently present.

The first hit from Isaac on each marked enemy releases a moonlight wave that deals 30% of Isaac's damage to nearby enemies.

Enemies marked by the activation have a 10% chance to drop an extra heart, penny, key, bomb, pill or card when killed.

In Boss Rooms after activation, bosses take 50% more damage from Isaac's tears for the room.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.

At 30 game updates per second, the trigger is 2 seconds of uninterrupted silence within the first 4 seconds.

Holding a firing direction resets the silence counter, even if no tear is emitted.

Already-cleared rooms cannot activate the effect.

Missing the initial window prevents activation later in that room.

The moonlight wave affects other enemies within 80 units of the hit target; it does not damage that original target again.

In co-op, the first qualifying holder activates the room effect and receives the stat bonuses.

The marks and boss tear-damage effect then apply to the room.
