Tower of Babel is a passive item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldImmediately removes newly spawned standard creep, including enemy puddles and Isaac-created creep.

In co-op, this effect applies to the whole room while any character holds the item.

Tower of Babel can be found in the following item pools:

Creep already on the floor before the item takes effect is not cleared by this effect.

Friendly creep is removed too, so it can prevent benefits from creep-producing items.

Custom creep from other mods can remain if it uses a separate effect type outside the supported creep list.
