Condom is an active item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Randomly bans up to 2 different baby-tagged collectibles from future item spawns for the rest of the run.

Items already owned by any character are excluded.

Future pedestals that would contain a banned item are rerolled into items from the Treasure Room pool.

Condom can be found in the following item pools:

Each use only selects eligible baby-tagged collectibles that have not already been banned.

Fewer than 2 may be selected if too few eligible items remain.

Already-owned items are not removed.

In co-op, the ban is shared by the team.

If the replacement rolls cannot find an unbanned item, the banned pedestal is removed.
