Good Girl of Babylon is a passive item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldWith full red hearts and at least one red heart container: -0.6 tear delay and +2 luck.

On room entry in this state, each vulnerable enemy has a 15% chance to be charmed for 3 seconds.

Taking red-heart damage breaks this state for the rest of the room: lose its bonuses, suffer -2 luck, fear nearby enemies for 2 seconds, and gain +1.2 damage and +0.15 speed for 5 seconds.

If the room is clear while the full-heart state remains intact and no red-heart damage was recorded, there is a 33% chance to spawn a card, half soul heart or penny.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.

Healing after the state breaks does not restore it in that room.

Entering another room resets the broken state and also ends any remaining damage and speed burst.

The charm roll occurs on room entry; it does not apply to enemies spawned later.

The reward check can also occur in empty or already-cleared rooms.

It requires the full-heart state at the time of the check, rather than merely avoiding red-heart damage.

Characters without red heart containers cannot enter the full-heart state.
