Debug Controller is an active item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Opens a directional debug command menu above Isaac.

Use again to close it.

Shooting directions navigate the menu and choose a command.

Selecting a command executes it and closes the menu.

No charge is required.

The available commands are debug 1-10, debug 12, and debug 13.

The following tags are applied to this item:

Use shooting inputs, rather than movement inputs, to select a branch and then a command.

Release a direction before pressing it again; holding a direction does not repeatedly select it.

From the root menu, Left opens commands 1-3: Down selects 1, Left selects 2, Up selects 3, and Right returns to the root.

Up opens commands 4-6: Left selects 4, Up selects 5, Right selects 6, and Down returns to the root.

Right opens commands 7-9: Up selects 7, Right selects 8, Down selects 9, and Left returns to the root.

Down opens commands 10, 12, and 13: Down selects 10, Left selects 12, Right selects 13, and Up returns to the root.

There is no selection for debug 11.

The holder's ordinary Isaac-spawned tears are removed while the menu is open.

This does not necessarily suppress every alternative weapon or familiar attack.

Menus are tracked separately for each character.

A menu closes when its character dies, loses the item, starts or continues a run, or enters a new floor.

Room changes alone do not close it.

The menu calls the game's native debug commands.

Closing the menu does not automatically undo an executed command.

The published EID summarizes support as commands 1 through 13, but the actual layout omits 11.
