Cleansed Wavy Cap is an active item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While Black Taisui is also held, each use reduces speed by 0.03 and reduces tear delay by 0.75.

On leaving the room, the effects accumulated there become lingering effects: the speed penalty doubles, and 40% of the tear-delay reduction remains.

Each clear-room check removes 0.06 of the lingering speed penalty and 0.30 of the lingering tear-delay reduction.

Repeated uses leave less charge in the item, increasing the recharge delay.

It does not remove effects from uses in the current room.

Changing floors clears both current-room and lingering stat changes.

After n uses in the loaded run, the item is left with 900 minus 100 times n charge units, with a minimum of 0.

The use counter is not reset by clearing rooms or changing floors.
