Strong Laxative is a passive item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldLeaves a creep trail that lasts 5 seconds, slows grounded hostile enemies to 50% speed, and normally deals 10% of Isaac's damage every 10 frames.

Every 60 frames, rolls a 5% chance per copy to spawn poop nearby, up to 100%.

At most 15 poop piles are created per room visit, shared by all characters.

Grants immunity to damage from its own trail and the supported red, green and black creep types listed in Notes.

Strong Laxative can be found in the following item pools:

The following tags are applied to this item:

Damage and supported tear effects are sampled when each puddle is created.

Flying, friendly and charmed enemies are excluded from its contact damage.

The trail supports poison, burn, freeze, charm, fear, ice and bait effects.

Homing makes puddles drift toward grounded enemies.

Proptosis triples the damage tick; Ipecac uses tear poison damage as its base.

The trail does not create Ipecac explosions or Godhead auras, inherit distance-based damage scaling, or destroy obstacles through Sulfuric Acid.

Creep immunity covers the Holy Water trail variant, green creep from Isaac, green enemy creep, black creep from Isaac and red enemy creep.

Other creep variants are not included.

Tower of Babel removes this item's newly created creep.
