Heavenly Bell is an unlockable passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon pickup, and on every new floor, grants one of 6 possible effects for the rest of the floor, indicated by a bubble popup and sound effect.

If playing on Hard Mode, only the sound cue will play.

Machine items

Slot machines will drop items when destroyed:
• Slot Machine: A Dollar
• Blood Donation Machine: IV Bag (75%) or Blood Bag (25%)
• Fortune Telling Machine: Crystal Ball

Machine coins

Slot Machines, Blood Donation Machines, and Fortune Telling Machines will drop a Dime when destroyed.

Boss items

Defeating the boss without taking damage will spawn 2 additional items to choose from. Picking up one will remove the others.

Blue Baby

Grants Ankh for the floor, causing Isaac to respawn as ??? upon death.

---

Crawlspace

Every Shopkeeper destroyed in the Shop is guaranteed to contain a crawlspace.

Can only be granted prior to The Womb.

Defeat The Lamb as Sarah.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
