Removes all of Isaac's familiars that can be sacrificed with Sacrificial Altar, and grants a +0.1x damage multiplier per familiar sacrificed.

The maximum multiplier is +2.5x, which is worth 25 familiars. Despite the cap, the item will remove all of the familiars, not just 25.

Picking up any item tagged as baby or monstermanual removes half of a damage multiplier until there are no more left.

Does not remove Incubus when playing as Lilith.

This item contributes towards the Saint transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give enemies a 50% chance to drop a disappearing Half Soul Heart on death.
