Entering a new, never explored and uncleared room flips the hourglass and starts a countdown.

After 30 seconds, it grants the following:
• +1 Half Soul Heart, max +5 per floor.
• x1.5 damage multiplier for the current room.
• +2.5 range for the current room.
• +0.3 speed for the current room.

Clearing the room before it reaches 30 seconds cancels the effect.

This item contributes towards the Saint transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give enemies a 50% chance to drop a disappearing Half Soul Heart on death.
