A Book for Lipstick is an active item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup
+10 Charm Level
While held
Chance to replace future items with lipstick items.
Upon entering a room, there is a chance to inflict charm to each enemy for 12.67 seconds. The chance is based on Isaac's Charm Level.
Charmed enemies will drop random coins that disappears after 1.5 seconds upon taking damage.
20% chance to replace Library items with A Book for Lipstick.
On use
Spawns a random trinket, or gulps currently held trinket.
Inflict charm to all enemies in the room for 5s.
Spawns a random lipstick item that must be bought. 38% chance to spawn Credit Card
Triggers Range Down.
