Rainballoon is a passive item in Damnation, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon entering an uncleared room, spawns 15 balloons in the room.

Balloon can be blown up by taking any hit except for fire/explosion damage. These damage will ignite balloon, and cause them to explode.

After several seconds, the balloon may explode on their own, dealing 40+12×StageNumber damage to Isaac and enemies nearby.

Balloon's explosion will not deal any damage if the room is cleared.
