+0.5 damage.
+3 range.
+0.2 shot speed.

Causes the next item Isaac picks up to be replaced with a dog item that spawns a dog familiar.

The replacement will happen when Isaac picks up the item; it will not reroll the item pedestal itself.

Does not affect items with the quest item tag.

Which dog item will be chosen depends on the current room's item pool, or the current room. The item pool is checked first, and then the room type.

The following dog items exist:

If no match, Default Dog will be selected.

Defeat ???, The Lamb, Mega Satan, Mother, The Beast, Delirium, or Ultra Greedier in Fiend Folio as Tainted Forgotten.
