Cannot be used before picking up a key.

On use +100% Devil Deal chance.
+100% Angel Room chance.
+3 black hearts.

Buffs most devil items.
• Leviathan: Additionally grants +1 damage.
• Pentagram: Spawn pentagram circle under any killed enemies.
• The Mark: If the number of current room's enemies can be divided by 6, deals 66 damage per second to all enemies.
• The Pact: Deals 66 damage to all enemies upon taking damage.
• Lord of the Pit: Devil enemies becomes friendly. Devil bosses grants -60% HP.
• The Nail: Spawns a permanent pentagram circle under Isaac on use.
• Brimstone: Chance to spawn Black Heart upon kill.
• Spirit of the Night: Spawn Your Soul upon entering a new Devil Room.
• Abaddon: Black hearts do not occupy the maximun heart limit.
• Maw Of The Void: Isaac's damage additionally inflicts Brimstone curse.
• Sulfur: 33% chance to grants permanent Brimstone instead.
• Eye of the Occult: Pressing firing key will also press all enemies in the room.
