Tapping drop key switches the effect of bomb key:
1.Store / use a Falsehood.
2.Cosume 21 memories to spawn 3 Falsehoods, but only one can be picked.
3.Decompose some pickups around into memories.
4.Place a bomb (The original effect).

Any Falsehood stored will become an orb orbital with special effect.

• Falsehood of Isaac: If a touched item's quality is less than or equal to the numbers of this kind, then consume 3 memories to reroll the item with the same quality.

• Falsehood of Magdalene: When the room is cleared or Isaac is hurt, + 1 Iron Heart.

• Falsehood of Cain: When the room is cleared, 33% chance to smelt Wheat Seeds, or spawn one.

• Falsehood of Abel: Every 7 seconds, spawn a tiny friendly goat up to the number of this orbs.

• Falsehood of Judas: Every 2 seconds, weaken enemies around for 1.5 seconds.

• Falsehood of Eve: Every 0.4 seconds, clear a projectile near Isaac

• Falsehood of Samson: Attacks an enemy for 14 damage or a projectile nearby; The larger the accumulated counter, the faster it attacks.

• Falsehood of Azazel: Has 7 + TheCounter collision damage; Every 2 seconds, bleeds enemies around for 3 seconds.

• Falsehood of Lazarus: + 5 memories when entering a new special room.

• Falsehood of Eden: When a room is cleared, reveals a special room; If all revealed, + 3 memories.

• Falsehood of the Lost: When a room is cleared, 20% chance to spawn Chest.

• Falsehood of Lilith: When entering a new room, removes an item with lowest quality from pools.

• Falsehood of the Keeper: Every second, fire a homing tear with 1 + 0.1 × donations damage to the closest enemy.

• Falsehood of Apollyon: When cosuming other runes, costs 5 memories to trigger its effect once more (No effect on Jera).

• Falsehood of the Forgotten: Every 5 seconds, bone orbital up to six.

• Falsehood of Bethany: Consume 1 memory to record the item from touched Phantom Relic.

• Falsehood of Jacob and Esau: Copy abilities of two other orbs of two falsehoods used recently. Firstly big memories (5).

Can not drcompose items in rooms of Genesis or Death Certificate.
