Grants a 10% chance to shoot a seed tear that sticks to enemies. The chance scales with ±2% per point of luck, up to a maximum of 30%. Cannot go below 5%.

After 4 seconds, the seed blossoms into a flower and explodes, dealing 35 + 6 x DamageStat damage and shoots 5-8 exploding petal tears in a small area.

The explosions cannot hurt Isaac.

Seeds will stick to enemies even if they go underground, jump, or teleport.
Costs 2 Heart Containers when found in a Devil Deal, or 30¢ in an Angel Shop.
