Grants a chain of coffin familiars that follow behind Isaac and block projectiles.

The coffins will break open after blocking 5 projectiles, shooting blue flames nearby, and spawning small dead friends from the following:
• The Forgotten - swings the bone club at close range.
• The Lost - flies and shoots tears.
• ??? - periodically poops friendly dips and farts.
• Keeper - shoots in a spread of 3 coin tears.
• Small skeleton - shoots bone projectiles.

Coffins respawn after 10 seconds or upon entering a new room.
Unlock: Use 3 death cards as Samael or Tainted Samael.
