Spawns a familiar on top of Isaac's head that jumps onto the nearest enemy's head once Isaac takes damage, creating a rock wave in a random direction. After this, it will chase enemies around the room, dealing 3 damage per tick (6.43 per second).

The familiar deals 45 damage to the enemy it lands, and 10 damage per rock wave that hits enemies.

Rock waves can destroy obstacles.

If damage is taken in a room without enemies, the familiar will directly go to the flying phase.
Unlock: Defeat Mother as Eve.
