Friendly enemies persist between rooms.

Enemies will not revive when killed by other friendly enemies.

The chance is unaffected by luck but increases with multiple copies of the item.

Grants a chance to shoot charming tears equivalent and using the same luck scaling as Mom's Eyeshadow.

This item contributes towards the Spode transformation when it is unlocked. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and make his tears spawn little star tears that have 1/4th of Isaac's damage, homing, and inherit tear effects.
Unlock: Defeat Mother as Andromeda.
