Grants a flat 6% chance to shoot a special tear that bursts into 5-11 small damaging stars when it hits an enemy or obstacle.

The damage of the stars is randomized in the range from 0 to 1/2 of Isaac's damage. It cannot be less than 1/10 of Isaac's damage.

"Sol the Absolute" for which this unlock is meant to be rewarded is a work-in-progress boss from the Heaven's Call mod. This item, as well as Eye of Spode, can both be unlocked via the andromedaunlockheaven console command.
Unlock: Defeat Sol the Absolute as Andromeda.
