Upgrades from Baby Pluto or Plutonium when picking up a golden Moon Stone.

Converts the familiar into a larger variant which shoots Terra tears 3.75 times per second dealing 5 damage.

It also spawns 2 smaller familiars called Charon and Nix which orbit around the main familiar.

Charon shoots tears 2.5 times per second that float in place and deal 1.5 damage.

Nix blocks tears but doesn't shoot any. It spawns a random rune upon every 5 shots blocked.
This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
