Enemies have a 25% chance of spawning with 1-3 Pennies which can extracted by damaging them, but they disappear after 3 seconds.

When playing as Keeper, the chance is 16.7% for 1-2 Pennies, while as Tainted Keeper there is a 12.5% chance for 0-1 Pennies.

Bosses drop double the amount of Pennies.

Has no effect on the Home floor.
