Spawns an orbiting razor familiar that blocks shots and deals contact damage to enemies equal to 20% of Isaac's damage 7.5 times per second (150% per second).

The razor also makes enemies bleed for 5 seconds, taking damage at a rate that scales with their movement speed. The faster an enemy is moving, the faster it will take damage. These enemies will also leave behind red creep that damages other enemies for 2 ticks per second at a rapid rate.

Enemies that are standing still don't receive the extra damage.

The amount of damage dealt per tick is equal to 2.8 + 0.3 × CurrentFloor.
This item contributes towards the Yes Mother? transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac a stationary knife that trails behind him and deals 2x contact damage.
