Spawns a random pickup or item that must be bought for its normal shop price. The item will be chosen from the Shop item pool.

Has an equal ~11.1% chance to spawn a card, pill, bomb, key, battery, item, soul heart, red heart, or a grab bag.

If used inside of a Devil Room, pickups will be surrounded by spikes that damage the player for a full heart, and items will cost hearts.
Unlock: Defeat The Beast as Keeper.
